What will AITC be doing at Ag Fest?

During the two day show, AITC will have a booth, where we will be ready to answer any questions you might have! The booth will feature the AITC program, including the Free Loan Library, Regional Workshops, and the annual Literacy Project. In addition, we will have supplies for the young ones to enter the 2017-2018 Calendar Contest!

The best part is there will be a hands on activity for children to learn about Oregon agriculture. This year we will be making Living Necklaces! By taking a kidney bean seed, a cotton ball, and some water, students will learn about germination. After they take this fun project home the seed will spout right in front of their eyes!
