Careers in Agriculture Virtual Field Trip

\

Join us in a special Careers in Agriculture Virtual Field Trip to Eagles Nest Reserve Vineyard and Winery (ENR) in Hillsboro. Our hosts will discuss their sustainable land-use practices, how wine grapes go from vine to glass, and the exciting careers associated with growing and producing wine.

This VFT is suitable for 6th – 12th grade students interested in most academic units including earth science, community engagement, agriculture, business, food science, communications, and even mechanics! Because scheduling conflicts for middle and high school classes are likely, we encourage educators at their school to connect so that students are able to either attend the live recording or view the recording at a later date.

Grades 6 – 12

Thursday, September 25th

1:30 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. PST

Students can submit questions ahead of time AND during the LIVE tour! Please email your questions to aitc@oregonstate.edu

We kindly ask teachers to remind their students that the live questions feature be utilized only for the intended purpose of respectfully asking questions, and not as a chat feature. VFT is recorded and utilized for educational purposes.
