VIRTUAL Cheese is Whey Cool:
October 1| 4:00 p.m.–5:30 p.m. VIRTUAL

Join us for a hands-on virtual workshop exploring the science and art of cheese making! Learn how milk transforms into cheese, discover the role of different ingredients and processes, and learn how to make cheese in the classroom! This workshop will be run by Claudia Lucero, Founder of Urban Cheesecraft.

Registered educators will receive a cheese-making kit with enough the mozzarella recipe twice- once at home and once in the classroom. All experience levels are welcome! Come ready to learn, experiment, and get a little cheesy!
