Cheese Making Kit:
Provided materials: citric aid, rennet, and special mixing containers.
What you will need to provide/have access to: milk, water, salt, large pot with lid, colander, microwave safe bowl, long curd cutting knife, slotted spoon, two small bowls, thermometer, measuring cups and spoons, stove or hot plate, microwave.
