Over the course of an hour, Dave Grossen will take participants on a tour of his cheese-making operation. From milk to hard cheese, you will learn about the processes it takes transforming a liquid into this tasty treat. Tour will include a sampling of cheese!
Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria: new to network teachers, student reach and geographical diversity.
