Cheese is Whey Cool Educator Workshop

Over the course of an hour, Dave Grossen will take participants on a tour of his cheese-making operation. From milk to hard cheese, you will learn about the processes it takes transforming a liquid into this tasty treat. Tour will include a sampling of cheese!

Applicants will be selected based on the following criteria: new to network teachers, student reach and geographical diversity.

Participants of the workshop will be provided the following upon completion of the workshop:

  • Citric Acid
  • Rennet Pills
  • Cheese Making Instruction Sheet

There is enough materials provides to make multiple rounds of cheese with your students!
