Herbs and Spices of the World Kit

Description

In this lesson students will recognize the difference between a spice and herb, learn how herbs and spices are grown on farms around the world, and participate in a culinary challenge to season popcorn for various cultural cuisines. This kit includes a set of Herb and Spice cards, Seasoning Mix cards, popcorn and five spices*.  This kit is for a class of 30 students. This kit does not need to be returned.
*Additional common spices will be needed for variation.
